This is a brand new tv that we bought shortly after Christmas. We are having a problem with the program stopping intermittently thru out the show, sometimes to the point that we want to quit watching. Primarily this happens on the streaming channel we are watching...especially Pluto. Not sure if it's the channel or the TV. I've heard with Smart TV you need to clear cache but I've done that and it doesn't help. Any ideas anyone please??? I have a video but don't know how to upload it to here.

Seems to be with the streaming channels, Pluto, Paramount + and every once in a while on a cable channel.

Clear App Data & Reinstall 

Clear Cache and Data:

Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Manage Storage > View Details, select the Pluto TV app, and then select Clear Data and Clear Cache. 

Reinstall the App:

If available, uninstall the Pluto TV app and then reinstall it from your TV's app store.
