I own a Samsung QE75Q60CAUXXH TV, which came with the VG‑TM2360S remote. At some point, the remote stopped working with the TV. I fully charged it via USB Type-C, but that didn’t resolve the issue — it only functions when continuously connected to USB power. There’s no option to replace or manually recharge a battery, as the remote lacks a standard AAA battery compartment. This design flaw is especially disappointing given that the TV is relatively new. Removing the ability to use replaceable batteries was, frankly, a poor engineering decision. It creates unnecessary inconvenience for users and undermines the reliability of an otherwise premium product.
