Samsung is totally ā¦. There 3rd party repair company is a lying PIECE OF ā¦.
We have installed over 400 tvās most all have been Samsung. Up until this time we will never recommend a samsung tv Ever again!!! We send all of our clients to Video only to purchase their tvs always recommending Samsung. Never again. So our client purchased a 77ā s90 in January we installed it. A month later the power supply went out so they sent a third party out to fix they removed it from the wall and bent the frame so not the pic is flickering. Samsung said they wonāt replace it Samsung wouldnāt even listen to us they said they only listen to these third party techs who arenāt techs at all they just know how to take the back off and plug a circuit board in Of coarse we will replace their tv for them because itās the right thing to do. My daughter has a blog with over 220k subscribers this will be the next topic!!!
We have installed over 400 tvās and never broke one. We are professionals unlike the unqualified kids they sent out!!! Itās not about the money to replace itās the principle I hope Samsung actually reads this. Thanks for your(support) You have lost a great customer!
