We have four Samsung TV/monitors in our sanctuary. We would like to be able to turn them all on and off at the same time with one remote. Is there a cost-effective way to do that?

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I got the Smart Things app and that is doing everything we need. We especially like that we can schedule routines to turn the TVs off and on at a particular time, and group them in those routines.

Plug them into smart plugs, put them into a group in the smart things app and then turn the group on/off using the smart things app or the smart plugs' app on your phone.

Like @realaud said, getting a Samsung SmartThing device or a generic smart hub to control them should be your easiest option.
