LED and OLED TVsI had the exact same problem and even Samsung couldn't help and I was ready to take mine to the dump, actually had the tv ready to put in the truck. I figured I'd look one more time and someone here mentioned to do the following and surprisingly, it worked and I'm back in business! Start with the power off.
Then press the buttons on the remote in this order: Mute, 1, 8, 2, and Power.
The TV will turn on after a moment or two and the Service Menu should be on the screen.
The first option at the top left should be factory reset. Click on that and it starts the tv up as if you just bought it with the setup all over again.
I was expecting it to start up with the same blank white step 3 screen, but it didn't. I was very worried when it got back to that step 3 screen again, but it got through it.

LED and OLED TVsThank you so much! My story was basically the same. Only I have a 55 inch curve, it has been stuck on that same screen for a bout 6 months. We bought another tv. My husband was just about to throw it out. But I followed your instructions.....it worked! Thank you!!

LED and OLED TVsCould anybody be able to help me with my curved 65 inch TV, it is getting crack.Either in the screen or l , c , d , i'm not for sure I'm trying to figure out if there's a reset I can do that, maybe might fix this or if it's internal, can somebody point me in the right direction, where I can get what I need to fix it, I believe that the warranties out, I'm not sure, but I don't have the money to have somebody else try to fix it. I'm trying to do it myself. If anybody knows anything, please put point me in the right direction. Thank you.
