I have a 50 inch Samsung Model UN50NU710DFXZA. Movies and TV shows freeze during playback, usually about half way or more through the playback. A reboot temporarily fixes the problem (power off & on). I tried deleting and reinstalling apps, like Hulu, tried restarting my AT&T Fiber modem. I don’t have the issue when streaming on my iPad. I don’t see an option in settings for clearing the Cashe. Any suggestions?

LED and OLED TVs@Sam-the-space-man Have you checked the TV's network connection?

LED and OLED TVsYes, I even switched from WiFi to Eithernet, no help. Like I said, It worked most of the streaming time, then freezes, as if buffering.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Try to reset the Smart Hub on the TV. You can do that by the following: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub, then enter your PIN (default is 0000)

LED and OLED TVsThanks for walking me through the Hub reset. Had to log back in to Hulu and other apps. We’ll see if that helped on the next movie/show we watch. I’ll let you know. Is there a way to clear the cashe?

LED and OLED TVsSomething similar to this is happening with our 50”. I hope this fix works - and stays working!
