No unfortunately not and be careful not to try as what happens is the tv will get confused as to what one is connected leading to a blinking red light on your one remote and a need for a manufacturer reset of the tv. You can however use a completely different remote like a Dish remote or a third party universal remote and have a one remote connected in addition to that any phones or mobile devices signed into Samsung SmartThings can be used as a remote for your TV on the same Wi-Fi network
