HDMI source not seen in the source

In my Samsung smart tv I can’t see hdmi1 and hdmi2 in the source. I can only see tv as source. How should I get that? But I so have HDMI port wch nothing is connected as well.

Have you tried connecting an hdmi cable along with a device to see if it shows up then?

I believe the TV only shows you what's connected. So if you have nothing connected to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2, then it will not show you anything in the source.

Some TV's hide the sources if they're not in use. Do you have something plugged into these ports and those devices are on?
