LED and OLED TVsCOSTCO bought QN77S90DDFXZA 77" OLED TV does not have any threaded sockets in the 4 VESA wall mount holes. I want to wall mount the TV. Are these sockets available and are they easy to plug into those holes?

LED and OLED TVsThe hole is bigger then the threaded section to insert spacers if you require them the threaded section is deeper inside the hole

LED and OLED TVsReturn it. Costco has a forever return policy. It could be a manufacturing defect or it may have special mounting hardware. You have to look at the manual.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! As GaryB82 has stated, the hole is wider towards the top for spacers just in case you require them. If not, this is more than likely a manufacturing defect or the inserts might have fallen off. This something that will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup.
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

LED and OLED TVsYeah it had me confused in the beginning when I was going to hang mine but you have to get the bolt right in the center of the hole to find the actual threaded section they make it them for spacers if you need them on some of the tvs the backs are not straight up and down and require a busing to space out the top or bottom
