I have a complaint that I've been trying to get resolved and haven't gotten any kind of resolution on I have a $5,000 Samsung TV 83 inch OLED and when I try to use my Galaxy buds Pro 3 connected to it the audio volume is not very loud so I used AI to search the internet and it looks like thousands of people are complaining about this problem can you forward this to Samsung somebody to have them update the software for the TV I have a Samsung s90c and apparently it's also the same problem with the s90d and other models

There may be a max volume limit set for ear buds and headphones to protect your hearing.  There may be a bypass setting to increase this limit.  Have you looked in your manual?  Does it only happen with Galaxy buds or with any ear gear?  You can call Samsung's service department and see if there's a setting where you can change it.

Dude, this isn't a joke. It's real. I spent big money on a very expensive TV and have brand new Galaxy buds pro3. The sound is about half the volume I can do when using YouTube, Pandora, Netflix, etc. It SUCKS. It's not a volume limit. It's a serious flaw with the TV software gain over Bluetooth to headphones. THEY ARE WHISPER QUIET. The same thing with buds pro 2. I had those before.

I have an 83" OLED TV and can't watch wearing my ear buds because it's so quiet dialog is overpowered by a normal voice. It's absurdly quiet even at 100. It's not the headphones.

Who said it was a joke? I said the TV could have a volume limiter, you would have to read your manual or call samsung service. if it's a flaw, it can be serviced. No one, however, is going to fix it unless you report it directly to them. Posting here is not a report, as this is a peer to peer platform and no one here has the power to fix this for you or "forward it to Samsung".
