G93SD No Sound!

I bought a G93SD from Best Buy, took it home, No sound form 3 separate PC's, a fire stick or a roku box. Tried 3 cables on each output. Tested headphone jack. Updated firmare (tried). Updated drivers, checked volume, checked audio output devise in windows. Returned the unit for a new one. The new one also does not have sound and  I again tried all of the above. Is there a known issue with these? Did someone not install speakers or are they mislabeled as having speakers?

Other on-line sources confirm that the G93SD does not have built-in speakers.
