I recently bought a Samsung S95F and I love it, but every few days the shadows and black levels get really crushed and I need to unplug it and plug it back in to fix it. Does anyone know why this issues happens? im not leaving the tv on all the time but like at least once a week I turn it on and as soon as a dark scene appears it just looks destroyed

LED and OLED TVsI have been in contact with Samsung support for 3 months now and I am going round in circle. Has anyone managed to find a solution?
On my TV anything I watch is absolute garbage... everything other than the Samsung default test video

LED and OLED TVsI have the same problem. If I unplug it and put it back in, the problem is fixed again. But after about a week the problem is back. Haven't had the TV that long but this is already starting to annoy me.

LED and OLED TVsI too am having this annoying problem.
I'm on firmware 1042.
I'm using the TV only for PC gaming with an RTX5090.
So far I've seen it only happen in HDR.
Any solution / does the newer firmware fix this?

LED and OLED TVsI had this issue by day 2 of owning it. Was that a permanent fix for you or did the issue come back?

LED and OLED TVsSame issue here. Happened when I had my apple tv plugged in, turned the tv on and the blacks were crushed. I tried updating settings, removing HDMI cables, etc. The only solution was to unplug my tv for a few seconds. I've only had the tv a week so I would like to know if this is a common issue or if it is related to the current firmware?

LED and OLED TVsHi,
I'm with the 1131 firmware, and not having the problem for 2 weeks, but today (i looked at the TV yesterday without problem) , the problem appears, the solution from Travis843 works well for me, the TV just reboot with a long press on the power button from the remote controler.
Hope this problem was resolved in future firmware
