Apps wont in install

I have a new 50" AU7000 UHD 4K Smart TV, the pre-installed apps are displayed when I click on it.  It shows an install button. When I try to install it the error code(102028) is displayed. I did the self diagnose and 1 though to 5 is ticked. I unplugged the Tv and turned it on again same problem occurs. I Logged out of my Samsung account and back in, still same issue.  Please help what  do I do next

Hello! I understand how this can be an inconvenience with not being able to install apps. You can try factory resetting the TV, by going to settings > general > reset. If that doesn't help then I would recommend calling in at 1-800-726-7864 and asking for our remote management team.
