LED and OLED TVsJust purchased a new S90D OLED. Setup went fine and updated all the firmware. Went to install a few apps and ALL fail. Just state "Unable to Install: Try again later" with the app name and error code.
- I have upgraded to the latest software
- I have hard and soft reset (power)
- I have fully factory reset and started fresh after the software update, seems no matter what I do, no app will install. I accepted all T&Cs and signed in to Samsung with an account to make sure that wasn't some BS issue.
- My internet is working fine and actually see the traffic running fine from the Samsung TV Plus on the TV without issue.
- I have connected a Roku and it works fine and has better Internet testing utilities, getting around 200 Mb on it in the same location
- Bypassed by home Internet security and ISP all together with Wifi Hotspot off my phone (different ISP), same issues with installing App
Nothing seems to work here.
I have another S95B OLED. So went there to see what behavior I should be seeing. I had installed a few apps in the past, they opened and worked fine. (Use a Roku on it and never really use the native apps)
Decided to try and install a new app........ "Unable to Install: Try again later"...........
So it doesn't appear to be something specific to my specific TV(s), my internet, the app, or anything else.....all things point to a Samsung issue that is more pervasive.
Looking for help or I just bought an overpriced monitor and not a "smart" TV.........
Thanks
