The latest update to my Bespoke fridge seems like a feature no-one asked for, that being, a robotic annoying voice now says “Door Open” instead of the lovely, soothing chime which worked so well. I don’t need a robotic voice shouting at me! Please Samsung, give us the option to have the chime and not the voice!!!
Leave it to a company to take things that customers like away from their ability to change. Customers like this sound however I guess The grumpy CEO decided instead of letting our customers decide which sounds they like and having an option to change it let's take away their favorite options and give them the most boring generic sounds. This is the whole reason I spent this money on this kind of fridge so that I can have these kinds of special features and unique abilities. Why should I ever buy another Samsung high end appliance if they're just going to take away things that we like. I'm not buying another Samsung appliance again until they fix this
