Same here. I just bought this dishwasher and it’s hard to load dishes with the door not laying flat. Can it be adjusted or should I return it to Costco?
Thank you for the reply. Well, so far, they have not been able to fix it, so I'm getting ready to return it to Lowe's. Samsung repair only is in our area on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I can't get those days off so I guess I'm **bleep**.
