induction range that I bought - NE63B8211SS has a touch screen that is so sensitive brushing up against it while cooking constantly tuns the oven off. This is mentioned in other posts and Samsungs answer is to go to the community for help. This is a terrible option. How do I speak to someone that can assist?

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand how this could be concerning. Since there is not a way to adjust the sensitivity of the control panel, I would recommend using the control lock feature instead. When engaged, this feature will lock all control panel functions, and prevent accidental engagement. You can find steps on how to use this feature on page 31 of the user manual, linked below.
