I updated my Samsung frig today and now the family hub doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi. I performed troubleshooting with my internet provider to no avail. Can someone help me with this?

Kitchen and Family HubMy wife and I found a workaround that worked. Sign in to your internet provider and access your router's IP address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway address information. When connecting to the family hub, switch from the DHCP setting to Static and plug in the numbers. We did that and instantly connected - without it disconnecting. It is still up and running. Good luck!

Thank you for that updated information. We would like to ask additional questions and assist to the best of our ability - have you tried connecting the family hub to a different network? If a phone with hotspot capabilities is available, have it create a network and try to connect the refrigerator to the hotspot.
Secondly, we recommend for you to perform a network reset on your Family Hub model by navigating to Settings, selecting Wi-Fi, and then you will need to select your desired Wi-Fi address. Select Disconnect or Forget
After the network reset the last troubleshooting option is performing a factory reset on the family hub by following these steps: Navigating to Settings, selecting About Family Hub, proceed with selecting Factory data reset, and then select RESET and Select RESET again when prompted, and then select Delete all data.
Final option due to you stating your have already spoken with your ISP, and they have determined that the refrigerator is the source of the issue, is to have the refrigerator serviced by using this service link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed with reviewing the service aspect.

Kitchen and Family HubHello there,
As mentioned if the troubleshooting is unsuccessful the next options would be to have the unit serviced by a technician using the provided service link or contacting our phone support at 1-800-726-7864 to allow our remote management department to access the device to manage further settings and/or troubleshooting.
