Kitchen and Family HubDear community,
After the release of latest OS upgrade my Family Hub refrigerator can't connect to Wifi.
The Portuguese technical support team are blamming MEO (isp) that their router aren't allowing to connection to wifi, but in for my refrigerator I'm using a TP-Link router (I also tried using my Vodafone and Nos mobile phones as a hotspot).
I raised this issue more than 2 months but they are saying that don't know how to solved and are waiting for a new release of that OS that can take more than 2 years and they aren't presenting any solution for the error that Samsung caused by this bad OS.
Probably they are waiting the end of warranty to wash their hands on the big mess that was made. I already call them several times but they said that will not do anything.
At this moment I can't use my refrigerator with all Samsung apps like Smarthings.
It's a real pitty that Samsung is treating they customers like that...or It's just the Portuguese ones that they don't care.
I hope this can be taken care by some techinal department to whipe the shame that the behavior of the company have show.
