What residue on the water dispenser shell

Hello All,

I own a Samsung flex 28.1 refrigerator was cleaning the water dispenser area using goof-off (which is a mistake) and now I am left with white markings, which is very ugly.

How to remove these white marks? If that is not possible, I would like to buy the part (not such such part exist). Please see the picture.
