Water not been produced, lights inside refrigerator not working

We have a samsum refrigerator 28r7351 not producing water, water lines are hooked up and new water filter was installed.

still not producing water, also the lights inside the fridge are not working.

Can you please help us.

Sounds like it might have an internal fuse that has tripped and needs to be reset.
