I bought my electric oven/range in October 2017 (Model # NE59J7850WS, Serial # REMOVED) and for the past year the Hot Surface warning light won't turn off. I have tried the suggested solution by unplugging and plugging back. In fact recently replaced my circuit breaker panel but the problem still there.
