Samsung nx60a6511ss gas range burner flames are too high even on lowest setting

new range was installed with LP conversion kit but surface burners even smallest one burn the food even on lowest setting.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This maybe an installation issue. I would recommend reaching out to the installers who installed the LP conversation kit and getting them to have a look at this.
