Water pitcher has slime like feel to the top part. Also, you can see floating STUFF in the water aka slime like stuff. New fridge. New filter. We do clean it. Why is this happening!?
You have to take the pitcher out occasionally (I'd say weekly) and thoroughly clean it and all the gaskets around the cover. Moisture collects under those and mold grows. You need to remove them, wash them, dry them out and then put them back. You cannot keep the pitcher in the fridge indefinitely without cleaning it.
