Kitchen and Family Hub
I'm stumped - the water flow to the fridge to get drinking water is working fine, and we've replaced the entire ice maker unit; there is no water flowing at all to the ice maker, so no ice. We had it in "Ice Off" since it wasn't working, so nothing would be frozen over. Help!

Kitchen and Family HubIn a fridge with both and ice maker and a water dispenser, the water line branches off, one branch to the ice maker and one branch to the dispenser. You may have a blockage or a kink in the line or connector that goes to the ice maker. Disconnect the hose from the icemaker (with the water flow off) and then check the hose and the intake connection to make sure that there is not an ice chunk in there or other blockage.
