My fridge makes larger cubes in the side-by-side in the freezer, but the ice bites stopped working. The tray is empty, I've hit the test/reset button a few times underneath and the single chime, indicating things are working, chimes, still no ice.
I also unplugged the fridge for a few minutes as recommended in some other forum,, nothing. Anyone have any advice here?
Have you checked to make sure that there is no blockage or ice buildup in the water supply or connector to the ice bites compartment? If everything is flowing properly, you should call for service, that part of your ice making unit may be defective.
