Samsung Electric Range/Oven.

Model: N563A6511SS/AA

Year : 2022

I generally like Samsung products, especially electronics, but when it comes to kitchen items... the experience has been kind of dangerous.

Samsung Range/Oven heats by itself upto 350'F. It does this once in awhile and is very dangerous especially when nobody is at home. Next time it does this, I plan on getting it on my phone.

I have called Samsung support/technician. They suggested that I change out the Range Board due to the error that shows up on the screen. Only problem is that they have been out of this part for over 2 months and a half now, still waiting, not to mention that its 1/3 of the oven/range price.

Will need some kind of an answer, until then, its all about turning it on/off on a circuit breaker every time we have to leave home.

I have the same issue with the same model range.  It turns on by itself, sometimes in bake mode, sometimes in dehydrate mode.  This should be a recall issue as it is very dangerous.  If it did this when we were not home, it could overheat and burn down our home.  Turning off at the circuit breaker is the only safe way to leave it.  I have a service call next week.  Will see what occurs then.  Guess what - it just turned on itself as I was writing this response!!!

Been having this issue too. About 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months or so. Support is of no help and they do not seem concerned at all.

Good afternoon @Members_PhbHhK9 and welcome to our community! This is definitely concerning and would like to assist you further. Can you please send myself or any of the mods here your range's full model code and serial number along with a brief description of the issue so that we can look into this further?
