Took hours to find replacement bags for the jetbot ai mop and vacuum combo. Spoke to 4 representatives no help. They give you a phone number for reliable parts who says they don't carry them. Finally got a chat with Samsung parts who gave me a part number but said they are near $80 just for bags and are backorder!!! And the vac/mop combo is not a very good product anyhow!!! Do your research before buying expensive items and check to see if replacement parts are available. I have many Samsung products but after today I will NEVER purchase another one!
