Hello there SarahsRage, and welcome to our Samsung Community. It does appear with the lights within the bottom freezer(s) not turning off that the refrigerator's door is not closing properly or fully.  It will impact cooling performance and eventually create frost, we recommend for you to review this guide to assist https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001017/#middle-or-freezer-pull-out-door-on-t... and contact a service technician if the troubleshooting is unsuccessful to avoid any cooling performance issues. You can contact a service provider using this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number.
