I have a brand new Bespoke gas range - NSG6DG8700SRAA. The clock will not stay on. The display times out after a few minutes. I would like the clock lit 24/7.

Kitchen and Family HubI am so frustrated that the clock does not remain on. What engineer thought that this was a good idea. We also find the stove's programing is difficult to operate. If I had realized how difficult is was to operate and that the clock does not stay on I would never have bought this stove. There are lot of choices in the market and this would not be on my list.

Kitchen and Family HubSame stove, same complaint. Ridiculous that the clock won’t remain on. “Waking it up” is useless because it automatically goes into cook choice mode not clock mode
why isn’t Samsung addressing this??

Kitchen and Family HubI wish I had read this before buying a Samsung stove. And the Smart Things app isn't great. I've never used it much for that reason. But, Costco does have a great return policy.

Kitchen and Family HubTurning on screen saver does not keep the clock display on. Who makes an oven that doesn’t keep the clock displayed?! Particularly at this price!

Kitchen and Family HubCame across this website with the same issue. I referred to the user manual and it said verbatim “If the Smart control function is ON while connected to Wi-Fi, the clock will always display.”
I downloaded the app, paired it to the app. Turned on the smart function.. still goes dim.

Kitchen and Family HubThe level of irritation at NOT having a permanent clock is surprising. This has become a standard of living in modern American households. That SAMSUNG has denied consumers of their very expensive products the ability to control this as an option for what appears to be "the sake of the LCD display" is not a worthy reason. Improve the display so that this is a standard option on all VERY expensive BESPOKE INDUCTION ranges.
Dear @Samsung... FIX THIS PLEASE!

Kitchen and Family Hub@Moderator is there a way to get Samsung to read their own forum??
This, and the fact that the cooktop and oven turn off at the lightest touch, without a long press, are annoying at the level of just returning the be range and buying a different brand...
And we're talking about a firmware update that could be sent automatically to all appliances.
Just fix this...
