We've previous owned this exact range in our last home. Samsung NX60A6751SS. We liked it so much that when moving, we ordered another one for our new home. Both are running on natural gas. The previous oven pre-heated much quicker than the new one. Are there specs available for how long it should take for the oven(s) to pre-heat to certain temperatures? I'd like to validate that it is working correctly. Samsung delivered and installed our most recent purchase 10 days ago on 12/19/24. Do not insult me by posting a link to the manual. I have it and have read it.

Congratulations on the new home as well. As far as the pre-heating specs for the range your inquiring about, we do not have a timeframe regarding pre-heating as the oven preheats until it reaches the temperature you set. However, we can verify it will beep when it reaches the set temperature. Hope this helps.
