activity: set food in microwave, close door, select time, press run, it runs on, and "Stop" does not break cycle. Must open door to stop. this is random, so far, not consistent.
Anyone else see this?

Kitchen and Family HubUpdate. When this happens, the turntable is rotating, and fan can be heard, but it does not appear that any heat is being generated. none of the buttons on the panel respond. Only way to stop is to open the door.

Kitchen and Family HubHello and thank you for reaching out regarding the microwave. If your microwave is not turning off by itself, it could have overheated, and it will be our pleasure to assist you with this matter. We've located this helpful article to assist you with determining which steps to take to resolve this concern. You can access the article via this link- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001964/.
Please note: Samsung does not recommend using extension cords, GFI outlets, or surge protectors with home appliances to ensure the best performance quality.
If the issue is still persistent we recommend having the microwave serviced by a licensed and certified technician. You can submit a service request directly through the web link here- https://www.samsung.com/us/
