Kitchen and Family HubPlease do not buy any of their high tech appliances like the refrigerators which they boast about having digital inverters or ai inverters.They are really bad at honoring their warranty or getting issues fixed. My 3500$ refrigerator broke down and the technician quoted ~1500$ to fix it and recommended I buy a new one rather than trying to fix this. He said it’s extremely hard to fix it since the condenser coils were rusting which is a manufacturing defect on Samsung using low quality metal for the pipes. This is a Samsung family hub refrigerator.Samsung had a 10 year warranty on the compressor and I escalated this to the CEO office since the regular support was denying my claim for the compressor. The response I got from the CEO was was more ridiculous. They want to to spend 1500 dollars to repair the refrigerator, only then they will cover the cost of compressor that’s $350. It’s makes no sense on how they are making these decisions at the highest level at Samsung . I would never buy from them again and I would say stay away from Samsung. Completely untrustworthy company.no regard for the customer at all. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES AND TVS

Kitchen and Family HubPost this on as many social media sites you can/have acess to!! Let the community customers chime in ... together Samsung will HAVE to change their arrogant support ways. If not chnage then we VOTE with our dollars and buy from the competition that'll learn listen & treat their customers better.
