Kitchen and Family HubHi, my Jetbot won't charge. I've cleaned contacts, cycled the power, disconnected power and removed and re-connected battery.
It's not that old and the battery seemed fine, it wasn't slowing down or not charging as quickly etc. It just stopped from one day to the next.
If you remove from the cleaning station, it turns off immediately. If you put back on, it switches on again, with a yellow light on the unit and that's it.
When you try to make it clean, it gives an error in the app 'check the battery connection.'
