Samsung BESPOKE 24 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Family Hub
Model: RF24BB69006MAA
After this last Family Hub update, my family hub display needs to be reset daily. Wake up in the morning, and the display is frozen/unresponsive. Turn off display via red switch inside fridge and we're good for the day. Wake up the next morning, Family Hib display is out and jittering, shifting left and right on it's own. Reset display with red switch and we're good for one more day. The last update made this fridge possessed. Does Samsung offer exorcism services for Bespoke refrigerators? How can I revert back to the last update. New update literally broke my Family Hub. Any help would be appreciated.
FWI....I have two years remaining on my Best Buy warranty for this fridge.

Kitchen and Family HubI don't have your model, but I am running the Tizen 7.0 update.
Try this...
Goto Settings
About Family Hub
Restart, Under Restart and Reset
If that doesn't work, turn off the monitor via the red button, unplugging the frig for 2 minutes, then plugging it back in and turning the monitor back on.
If that doesn't work, try the Restart a second time.
If that doesn't work then try 'Factory data reset' below the restart option in Settings.

Kitchen and Family HubUnfortunately, I got the same exact problem after my update a few mornings ago as well: Black screen and a non-responsive display. Multiple power recycles is not fixing anything. it would appear that the update completely hosed the operating system and boot.

Kitchen and Family HubSame here. This is NOT OKAY. I can't even go into settings after the last update. This is going to be a very big problem for Samsung soon.

Kitchen and Family Hub@Samsung_Moderator you need to see this and fix it. It basically bricked the OS in the fridge.
