I got this appliance roughly a year and a half ago, only to have it serviced by Samsung twice since then regarding its blinking lights on both "normal and heavy" indicators simultaneously accompanied by a beeping sound.
It started, I believe, the second month we bought it...someone came out and "fixed it...a few months later, it did it again; we called, and someone else came out and "fixed" it and said it should be good to go. A few months again after that, the same issue started again. This became very frustrating, and I am disappointed, to say the least, to pay so much for a "smart appliance" that is not up to par. We have been without a dishwasher for over 5 months because the last communication was Samsung connecting us to a service agency for repairs, and the call cost us $47. Now that the dishwasher is no longer under warranty, we have again been referred to an outside service agency whose service will cost us anywhere from $220 upwards, depending on my zip code. There was no point in paying for a smart device that could not perform intelligent functions. This was a disappointing purchase, and I sorely regret it.
