Service ticket opened closed by Samsung

I had a problem with my 2 year old Bespoke refrigator, mind you this is my second one.

We went on vacation for 1 1/2 months, can back to a smelled like something died in our house! Monitoring the refrigerator remotely it said 34 degrees in the refrigerator and 0 degrees in the freezer. In fact the refrigerator was at 75 degrees and the freezer was 80 degrees!! 

Contacted customer service numerous times. They told opened a ticket and told me i had to keep the refrigerator in the house until repair service came. Mind you with this god awful smell!! The smell of rotten food did not come out of the refrigerator/freezer.


I did what customer service told me to do - had Kevin's repair service come to the house 2 times $103 that i had to pay.

Each customer service representative i spoke with I told them I was taking the refrigerator out of the house due to the smell of rotten food in my house coming from the refrigerator. NOT ONE REPRESENTATIVE, customer and claims agent, said I had to keep the refrigerator. Plus where would I store it??

I sent the claims agent, Alvin, Kevin's repair service email which included pictures of model, serial number, etc and the back of the refrigerator from my kitchen!! He keeps asking for more information!! Then told me I had to keep the refrigerator! I sent him pictures of the refrigerator out at the curb!!
This refrigerator was registered with Samsung when delivered- they have the record of this!!

I feel like i am getting a run around from both customer service and your claims agent.
The agent said he cannot help me since I no longer have possession of the refrigerator. This is unacceptable!!

Please advise..I am looking for a refund for this product purchased at Home Depot.
