Leaked then fried: I got a fridge in April . It immediately did not cool down and Best Buy replaced it two weeks later the new replacement froze up the whole back and stopped cooling down food. The techs been out five times now . The filter froze and exploded leaving the fridge to one stop working completely! Two- flood my house! Now it’s still under warranty and Samsung will do NOTHINg. I live out in the country and am disabled veteran like disabled cannot drive and have been without a working fridge for several weeks now . Next I am going to the news and an attorney if they do not call me back as it’s escalated apparently to Highest person and she promised to call back a couple weeks ago and fix the issue. They are aware by the way I am disabled by the way.

Attempt to pursue the lawsuit, I suppose. Not sure if you'll get any help with this on here.
