Brand new stove I was cooking eggs first meal cooked on the brand new fancy new stove. And a small S Crack formed maybe about 2 inches. I spent 2 hours talking to an online Samsung rep that insisted I dropped something on it. The level of disappointment I felt dealing with this person was unfathomable. Imagine the disbelief literally the first use. Insanity. Apparently after 2 plus hours later they will further it to higher ups... email to follow i assume this is to just remove me from the chat. My mind is blow.

I am so sorry that you are experiencing less than stellar service from Samsung customer service. It shouldn't be this way, yet here we are. You just a t need to keep calling and get the right person on the phone. Just a little piece of advice, always be polite, even if you want to start screaming at them.
