Home TheaterHello RSO2 and Welcome to our Samsung Community. We are sorry to hear about the issue with resetting the soundbar/ subwoofer and would love to assist. To get started please ensure the soundbar is powered ON. Next, you want to press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 5 to 10 seconds. "INT" will appear for a few seconds then the soundbar will turn OFF. Once the reset is complete on your device, please keep in mind your user settings will disappear and will need to be re-entered/ set-up.
Thank you for being the best part of Samsung, and we hope this assistance helps.

Home TheaterI have a similar problem. After following instructions to reset and SET ID PW-WM30 subwoofer, the blue light blinks and never stops. Resetting the soundbar (I've tried two soundbars) thinks it is resetting and says ID SET but never connects ... then get message "check subwoofer."
Blue light still blinks. even if I have it unplugged for a week,
Is there anything else I can do? It seems all the subwoofers associated with my soundbars don't work. Luckily, my Samsung TVs still work.
I was using a soundbar with them until subwoofers stopped, and am now going to use them with a PC.
Anyway to make the PS-WM30 into a wired subwoofer without tearig out the radio and amplifier and adding a Low Frequency audio amplifier?
