Can’t connect Q990D to S90F via eArc. Only connects via Wifi

Hello. I have a Q990D hooked up to an S90F and I’ve made sure it’s connected to the eArc port on the tv but it only connects via WiFi I have no clue what I can do to make it connect via hdmi via eArc instead of just wifi

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Just wanted to make sure you have tried another HDMI cable? Also, have you tried all ports on the TV?

I'm having the same issue. I tried a different cable and port. Still nothing. It only shows the soundbar as wifi connected. Before this, I had to reset it because it disconnected from everything and I couldn't control it through the Smart things app. I had not changed anything before this issue started

@usercoh8xPOj5x. Next, I’d recommend checking to make sure that both devices are running the latest software available.
