Home TheaterThe sound bar gets stuck, dont boot
symptoms:
- the cyan light stays on.
- remote control does not work. (yes, it is charged, i left connected all night, and i tried the cell phone camera for check the infrared light)
- The TV seems to recognize the bar and when you want to raise or lower the volume, it switches to the TV speakers.
- If you want to configure Q-symphony, the sound bar appears, but when you want to apply the configuration, it gives an error and says that the Q-symphony is not configured.
when i plugging in the electricity, it only turns on, and shows a cyan LED on, and it does not accept the remote control, or any button, just the cyan led and it turn off in about 1 min and some seconds, and it show led red and turn off
here the video link to video
when the cian led is turn on, if i press the "+" and "-" button, it stays in a loop of white LEDs that go from left to right and from right to left, indefinitely. i waiting for about 10 min and show the same lights.
also if it finish the boot with the cyan led and turn of, if i pressed "+" and "-" buttons , it show the white leds going and back in a loop. and stay there for a long time.
i tried:
- Turn it off, disconnect from the electricity and reconnect it after 5 minutes, I even left it from 10pm to 7am the next day, there was no change, it's still the same, same problem
- turn it off, disconnect it from the electricity, press the microphone button (the one with the circle with a line through it) and leave it pressed for more than 30 seconds, still the same, same problem
- turn it off, disconnect it from the electricity, press the multifunction button (the circle one) and leave it pressed for more than 30 seconds, there was no change, it's still the same, same problem
- use its control remote, charged all night, but the remote control dont works with this soundbar. there was no change, it's still the same, same problem
- i tried to get an OTG cable, one of those that have USB B (female) to micro SD, one of those used for cell phones, and tried updating it with a USB formatted to fat 32 and NTSF, when i connected only spark the and see if it does anything or if there is any change. there was no change, it's still the same, same problem
How I can fix this problem?
any idea?
