No matter what I do - tried to pair with subwoofer off, as suggested in other topic, tried to update its firmware - after update process for both rear speakers sound bar shows "update fail", however it's obvious soundbar sees them as once they are on, I start to have rear channels levels in Smart things app. Also I loose sound from woofer if 9500s are on - so it's some kind of interference..
any suggestions are appreciated, as I'm just about to return it to Amazon..
