it seems Samsung has uploaded previous old version 1016 firmware back to its download site. But my question is how am I going to upload through USB as the soundbar service USB port is not functioning anymore.

That's it, the straw that broke the camels back. They can't even be honest. This has clearly affected thousands of people, we're just the ones to kick up a fuss and Google it. Horrible, lazy, dishonest, greedy faceless company.

A small number they say?!!!, we are 165000 viewing this community forum all around the world, and the worst thing of this is that I'm in Mexico and support in here is the worst and we don't have pretty laws like UK or US where I can go and throw at their face my Q990D and ask for a new one

Home TheaterI note that the person says that it only affects "a small number of customers". It would appear that they do not want to recognize the scale of the problem, this and several other blogs clearly show that this is affecting hundreds of consumers worldwide. I do not consider that to be a small number of customers.

Home TheaterYeah! Exactly the same here in Australia. Frustrated!! So Samsung whats the FIX??? Replacement!!! mine is 5 months old. Was the best thing out until update stuffed it! NOT happy ๐
