Hi everyone! I can certainly understand how frustrating this is and am happy to assist you! I recommend resetting your soundbars and seeing if that corrects the issue. You can reset them by doing the following:
1. With the Soundbar powered on
2. Press both the Volume+ and Volume- buttons at the same time
3. Release once the Soundbar display shows "INIT"
If this doesn't correct the issue, we have confirmed with product specialists that service would be required.

Home TheaterYes, I have the same issue. Soundbar is not responding to neither remote controller or buttons on the soundbar. Looks like it glitched and there is nothing I can do, even the reset combination of + - for 5 sec doesn’t work

Home TheaterNo, there is no response. Soundbar is displaying „TV eARC” no matter what I will press on the remote. Even after unplugging power cable and plugging back in I get same message. Looks like software glitch that froze whole thing

it’s not working because the device is not responding & you can’t use the button on the soundbar ( not responding ) neither the remote controller .
