Home Theater@Samsung_ModeratorI'm sure everyone at Samsung is aware of this issue by now. Your community would appreciate a reply, even if there isn't yet much to say, acknowledging that you are taking this issue seriously and are working on a speedy solution. Ignoring your clients this way generates frustration, and is not good business practice.

Home Theater@Samsung_Moderator come on. This is ridiculous. At least acknowledge the issue and tell us what's happening.
This will be the last Samsung device I buy at this rate.
