I need help from Samsung team to get Spotify connect lossless/Flac support on Samsung Soundbar Q800A series which didn't get any new firmware update since 1011.1 version. I have heard Q800D series does already have support for it, but not Q800A or Q800B series, if possible please help regarding so. there are so many users who want to use lossless directly through Spotify connect on soundbar. my main reason for this soundbar purchase was Spotify connect support itself.
Same issue with Q950T. It seems to be corporate greed as on one forum a developer posted the code that clearly states that the flag for older models was turned off. Seems Samsung can very easily fix it but that won’t drive new sales! (Assuming customers will buy new Samsung)
