my new sound bar seems to be working OK however the sound mode button on the remote doesnโt change anything, it always says TVARC no matter how many times I press the button on the remote. I have it plugged in with the HDMI cable that was supplied with it and itโs connected to the correct outlet on my Samsung tv. I looked for instructional videos on YouTube and canโt find anything that will help me get this working properly, Any suggestions will be appreciated or else Iโm just going to assume itโs defective and Iโll bring it back for a replacement.
