Premiere Projector plays random show after switched on (Samsung TV Plus?)

I have Samsung Premiere Projector, in the past when I switched it on, it would open up the menu and wait for me to select an app or do whatever I want to do.

I think it had some sort of an update recently, and now whenever I switch it on, it automatically plays some random  in the background and it is driving me craaaazzzyyy. For a stupid device that was this expensive I'd imagine Samsung would provide an option to switch it off, but I can't seem to find it.

After doing some research I already disabled all channels in Samsung TV Plus (I wish there was a way to disable it, but there is no option to do it in the apps). And I disabled auto run last app in the Smart Features, but it is still playing something in the background.

Please help!

Try turning the Start with Smart Hub Home option OFF. This will allow you to use the last used source when you turn it on.
(This procedure also works for Smart TVs, Monitors, and Freestyle.)
