My 5.1 blueray player is beeping randomly with the Disc Eject flashing

Hi all.

My HT-d5530 5.1 setup with it's blueray player starts beeping every so often with the Disk Eject front panel icon flashing. The beep is high pitched and VERY annoying. What causes this issue and how could i fix it?
